Who Are the Good Guys With A Gun?
Step into the shoes and the world of a concealed carry permit holder. Reading this piece is going to require a bit of imagination on your end. Let’s get started. I want you to imagine that you have just received your concealed weapons permit/license to carry permit, depending on what state you live in.
Scenario One
You have a gun, following the laws, and are walking down the street. As soon as you walk around the corner, you come across a man holding a woman at gunpoint. She has her hands in the air. You whip out your gun. Suddenly she says, “Shoot him! Please! He is about to rape me!” The man holding her at gunpoint is about to open his mouth to say something just before you pull the trigger. The great shot that you are (at least in my imagination) kills the man dead.
Scenario Two
You are in a shopping center when you see the cashier is being held up with a weapon pointed at her head. You spring into action, with your trusty sidearm on your hip.
